Wholesale Customer Applications must be submitted for approval.
You must be a registered customer to apply for a wholesale account.
To submit an application please provide your Name, Company Name, email address and telephone number below. You will be contacted regarding approval status.

Mininum wholesale order is $100
Approved Wholesale Customer Applications will receive wholesale discounts as follows:
Level 1-Product Purchases of $100 to $199.99 receive a 10% Discount
Level 2-Product Purchases of $200 to $299.99 receive a 12% Discount
Level 3-Product Purchases of $300 to $399.99 receive a 15% Discount
Level 4-Product Purchases of $400 to $499.99 receive a 17% Discount
Level 5-Product Purchases of $500 or more receive a 20% Discount.
Additional wholesale account terms will be included with our application reply email.
Wholesale discounting does apply to sale items for additional savings to our wholesale customers. Wholesale customers receive an additional 5% discount on sale items.
